About this Record
An alluring slice of late-60s Canadian psychedelic pop-rock, this rare 7″ single by Tyme & A Half was issued on the celebrated Toronto-based indie label Nimbus 9 (founded by noted producer Jack Richardson). Featuring vibrant split-color psychedelic label art, the release showcases the songwriting duo of Clapper and Vandertogt. With jangly pop sensibilities coupled with breezy psychedelic rock textures characteristic of North American bands in 1969, this 45 rpm is a prized crate-digger discovery and an obscure gem from Canada’s vibrant late-sixties music scene.

「曲聴きたかったけど、youtubeではなかった。年季が入っていて管理番号がふってあって、いい雰囲気はするのに。（レコードで聴こうとは思わない）」
(Wife’s thought: I wanted to hear the song, but it wasn’t on YouTube. With its vintage wear and stamped archive number, it definitely has great vibes. (Not that I’d ever bother playing the actual vinyl, though.))
